Getting an Intuitive Body Reading is very personal.
Here are a few stories to give you an idea
of what you might discover at a session of your own.
There Goes the Bride
Karen* came to see me to see if I could help figure out what was going on with her stomach. “I can’t eat anything without getting a stomach ache," she said, "and the doctors keep telling me there’s nothing wrong.”
I put my hands on Karen’s shoulders and got an image that made very little sense to me. After years of reading people, I know better than to edit myself. I told her exactly what I saw: A horse, with a metal bridle in it’s mouth – caught on one side. “It’s like it’s half is trying to push ahead while the other half is being held back.”
“Yeah. I hate that bridle stuff,” she responded.
The meaning of what she had just said hit us both at the same time.
I had been talking about horses and bridles.
But what was bothering her was bridal stuff.
Karen had been going with the same guy for years, and they had been talking about getting married – but she kept putting it off.
When she said “I hate that bridle stuff,” she realized that what was churning her stomach was that, as much as she hadn’t wanted to admit it, she didn’t want to marry her boyfriend.
Having said it aloud, Karen realized she had to break up with her boyfriend; and she did.
Recognizing what her body was trying to tell her cured Karen’s stomach issues. Even better – it led to her finding the right guy, whom she married less than a year later.

Sometimes a body message is absolutely clear.
Way in the Back
Gina* came in to ask about an unusual pain she had in her back.
"It started hurting as I was sitting at a friend’s funeral,” she told me.
As I placed my hands on her shoulders, a feeling of profound sadness came over me. Strangely, there were feelings of anger, too.
“I feel like your heart is breaking,” I told her. “But it doesn’t feel so much like grief. It feels like unfinished business.”
Gina went on to tell me about her relationship with her friend that died. How they had been best friends in college – until her friend cut her out of her life for reasons Gina never understood.
“It was like she stabbed me in the back," Gina shared, her voice rising and fists clenching as she spoke. "We reconnected years later, but we never really worked it out. Now, it's too late," she cried, tears flooding her cheeks.
The place that Gina was having pain was exactly in the back of her heart, just as if she had actually been stabbed.
We worked together on taking the energetic knife out of Gina’s back and releasing the energy of hurt and pain
planted in her body so many years before.
"I can't believe I held on to that pain for so long," she said, breathing a deep sigh of relief. "Now I can let it go."
